We ask for at least 24-hour notice of cancelation. We are happy to accommodate you with a rescheduled appointment. Once you've made an appointment with Cleaning Companions, we reserve the appointment time exclusively and respectively for you. If you cancel less than twenty-four (24) hours from your appointment time, you will be charged 25% of the amount of your agreed rate for the cancelled appointment. This fee will NOT be due until your next clean and fully disclosed before your clean. If the scheduled appointment is cancelled the previous invoice will be sent via text or email.

Reoccurring Clients: If we have you scheduled for weekly cleaning and you cannot reschedule within the same week the next scheduled appointment will be charged our two-week price if the cleaning is scheduled within two weeks from the prior clean. If the appointment cannot be rescheduled within four weeks from our prior clean you will be charged the monthly price. Thank you for choosing Cleaning Companions!
